Pigmented Ceramic Inks and Inkjet Systems
Jettable has developed the first pigmented inks for ceramic tile
decoration on flatbed inkjet platforms. High throughput printing of
all sizes of porcelain, floor and wall tiles and other ceramic
sheets, as well as glass is now possible with all the benefits of
digital workflow. Non-contact allows process decoration of all
types of structured body with strong colors and complete coverage in
rich, vibrant shades with controlled tonality.
Digital inkjet creates new applications in industries that have previously
relied on screen or roller printing. Integration into production lines
allows high throughput with maximum flexibility. Used on stand alone printers, special pieces with high relief may be decorated, replacing hand labor.

space and allows on-demand decoration of required items with no need
to build, wash or store expensive screens. Non-contact means irregular
