Pigmented Ceramic Inks and Inkjet Systems
Jettable has developed the first pigmented inks for ceramic tile
decoration that reproduces the full color spectrum for ceramics. Brillian yellows, greens, blues and reds are
available for high throughput printing of
all sizes of porcelain, floor and wall tiles and other ceramic
sheets, with all the benefits of
digital workflow. Non-contact inkjet printing allows process decoration of all
types of structured body with strong colors and complete coverage in
rich, vibrant shades with controlled tonality.
Digital inkjet creates new applications in industries that have previously
relied on screen or roller printing. Integration into production lines
allows high throughput with maximum flexibility. Used on stand alone printers, special pieces with high relief may be decorated, replacing hand labor.
